Abstract :
With the use of moving objects in the developing, experimenting, checking and training process of the so-called air to ground and ground to ground equipments, the quality of experiment and training is possibly restrained once the moving objects stand still or can only move with low velocity. So it is necessary to design a system with a target similarly the tank moving objects on the land for providing effective and safe simulative drone for all kinds of experiments. This paper is making attempt to show the system architectonics, designing principles and design of unmanned driving target car (used in military training) and gives some solutions to several pivotal problems such as velocity measurement and location braking in the design. According to the method used in the paper, the results of appreciably experiments in the shooting range showed that the unmanned driving target car can offer some so called air to ground and ground to ground equipments with safe and reliable target which is able to move swiftly when the equipments are being developed, experimented, checked and practiced; it is also able to secure the safety of the testing personnel, increase the efficiency and decrease the cost of experiments.
