Abstract :
Buried hill reservoir is a major substitute for the oilfield of East China. But they are much deep buried, strongly asymmetry, and the resolution and S/N ratio are also very low. It is difficult to identify its hidden information. In this article, an effective method - the third generation coherence algorithm is introduced. It has higher resolution and anti-noise ability compared with the second one. In order to interpret in multi-scale, wavelet transform is applied. The results show that this method can identify not only major outline of buried hill reservoir, but also effectively describe small faults and fractures of it.
