Abstract :
In this paper, a model for computer-aided design of the micromechanical z-axis gimbaled gyroscope has been created using VHDL-AMS. The created model allows to model drive and sense vibrations, current changes, output voltage, sensitivity of the device depending on the applied angular velocity, and also to make the functioning analysis of such device on the schematic level of computer-aided design.
