Abstract :
A digital simulator dedicated to power system relay testing purposes is presented. It is used as a testing device for relay panels. The paper introduces the primary power system being simulated and its mathematical model and describes the software and hardware implementation of the simulator. The simulator has been in operation for two years. Its performance has been exemplary.<>
