Abstract :
Use the new near-infrared light spectrum method to study the relationship between the reduced scattering coefficient and temperature and coagulation of the inner biological tissue. The most advantage of this method is that it can be used in vivo. It concludes that the reduced scattering coefficient is the function of the temperature of the inner tissue. The temperature and the coagulation levels can be monitored by the value of reduced scattering coefficient. The results give a new method to measure the temperature inside the tissue, which can be used to guide and evaluate the thermal treatment.
