Abstract :
In Taiwan, criminals tend to use the telephone to blackmail people. In this situation, only their voice is the cue to finding their identity. However, if we have a large number of pre-recorded voice files, we need to search these or predict them by experience, if we do not have a voice database. The paper discusses this shrinking system and gives some preliminary results
