  • Abstract
    The establishment of inter-enterprise supply chain strategic and cooperative relations is the focus of supply chain management. Evaluation of suppliers, supply chain choice is the basis of cooperation between the runs. Based on Chinese group of automotive procurement of a current situation and strategic suppliers evaluation system of research build a strategy supplier selection, evaluation system with strong maneuverability for the automotive industry. Combined application of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Correlation Analysis to determine the weights are supplier evaluation. It provides a powerful mathematical method for the strategic supplier selection and evaluation. So it can dynamic management of suppliers, to achieve supply chain of strategic alliance between enterprise long-term partnerships relations.
