Abstract :
In this paper, we present a new efficient adaptive spatial filtering design methodology. This filter can efficiently remove large amount of Gaussian noise, impulsive noise and blur the false contours while preserving the image details. The performance and robust stability of the proposed filter are compared with other linear filters and non-linear filters experimentally.
