Abstract :
In this paper a compression integrated partial encryption approach for matching pursuit encoded imagery is discussed with respect to security and compression impact. Reasonable security may be achieved at low computational cost for application scenarios which aim at preventing pleasant viewing conditions for illegitimate users.
