Abstract
In this paper, for the thin film growth, we first examine the conditions necessary to obtain highly coercive, highly textured NdFeB films and then examine the stability of these films as this will be a crucial feature for the application of rare-earth magnets as thin films. Under optimal conditions, films having almost perfect magnetic texture and coercivities above 1.5 T can be prepared.
