Abstract :
In this paper, a method for automatic recommendation of fashion part in an intelligent fashion design system for nonprofessional persons is proposed. After capturing the characteristic values of fashion parts, the parts are classified using Kohonen self-organizing map network. Then the relationship between the fashion parts and fashion style is analyzed and the automatic recommendation rules are built. The proposed method is applied into one group of fashion pieces and the experimental results show its value.
