Abstract :
With the promotion of digital manufacturing, people have higher requirements on the detection system of Intellectualization, Flexibility, and so on. In the mechanical parts processing, people often encountered precision work for deep hole long keyway. Because the uses of different locate mode and attrition of cutting tool, it brings a greater influence to the key slot processing precision. This article has expounded the key slot aperture automatic detection principle, based on the machine vision technology and mechanics principle which proposed the center of mass moment of force examination algorithm and established its mathematical model. It fundamentally eliminates the influence of personal error in the examination process.
