Abstract :
In this paper, we study the interactions in lattice of patterned permalloy elements by magnetic force microscopy . The switching in arrays of rhombic elements of varying spacing was studied in more detail in a transmission electron microscope in the Fresnel in the direction opposite to that of spontaneous magnetisation. The observed switching mechanism of each individual element was reproduced by micromagnetic simulations.
