Abstract :
The former transmission lines for composite right/left-handed (CRLH) structures are based on microstrip line or co-planar waveguides (CPW). In this paper, new CRLH structures are proposed based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) with high Q-factors and low radiations. Two models are presented and one of them is carefully analyzed with the support of simulation results.
