  • Abstract
    The paper proposes a new approach for optimization of power system states with Smart grid utilities. Original formulae establishing the dependence of power system state parameters on those of network devices have been presented. An approach developed by authors has been examined to define zones of influence of control units and to find best places for their installation in power systems. The efficiency of the proposed approaches has been proved by using test task.
