Abstract :
The fixed asset investment plays the important role in industrial economy increase and structure adjustment, and statistics of fixed asset investment is the basic tool to reflect the relationship and rule of this kind of economy phenomenon. In China, the Ministry of Transportation takes in charge of the statistics of fixed asset investment in highway and waterway transportation. By summarizing the statistics form system, data collection channel, informationization level, and analyzing the suitability of statistics information resources, some suggestion on the service planning and strategy of official statistics of fixed asset investment in transportation are put forward which are about statistics system construction, data quality evaluation and data mining.
