Abstract
This study proposes inverse filtering operation for reconstruction of ground penetrating radar (GPR) responses in order to remove waveform distortion caused by transmitting and receiving antenna characteristics. As an example, we apply it to measured pulse response from a metallic sphere and show the effectiveness of the method.
