Abstract :
In this paper, directional solidification in the presence of a magnetic field to fabricate anisotropic Sm/sub 2/(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)/sub 17/ magnets was investigated. TEM images and hysteresis loops of directionally solidified bulk magnet were showed.
