Abstract :
The article discusses the psycho-sociological and organisational consequences of the introduction of robots. Attention is given to the necessity for managerial innovation. Further improvement of the functions of robots requires the employees´ innovativeness, which effectively develops in a network culture because it is a culture with high tolerance of risk and is favourable to learning. The advisable learning methods and methods of managing this process are discussed
