Abstract :
Nowadays, when it comes to the development of modern semiconductor based electronic components there is a growing role of the solid body properties determined by the surface and the near-surface areas. There is an obvious need for the employment of research methods sensitive to the composition and the structure of the external surface of solid bodies.
