Abstract :
The capacity region of an i.i.d. state controlled memoryless multiple-access channel (MAC) with degraded, noncausal, rate-limited channel state information (CSI) at the transmitters (CSIT), and full CSI at the receiver (CSIR) is derived in this paper.
