Abstract :
The presented investigations will show mathematical approaches in the field of lifetime estimation of ultracapacitor-cells, modules and applications. The focus of this study is laid on the mathematical evaluation of the expected power cycle lifetime and calendar lifetime under known conditions using the Arrhenius equation and time domain methods.
