Abstract :
In this paper, we demonstrate that in well grown trilayers of the type NiFe-Co/Cu/Co/IrMn the RKKY-like antiferromagnetic coupling is dominating the ferromagnetic coupling down to a spacer layer thickness of about 1nm.
