Abstract
The PWM signal can be generated by many ways. However, the qualities of the PWM generated are very different from each other. In order to evaluate different methods concretely, four appraisal principles on the rationality of the PWM signal generation methods were put forward. Then, the theory of time-sharing batch processing was proposed, by which a PWM signal generation method for the servo control based on the SCM of C8051F040 was implemented. Finally, the rationality of this method was evaluated by the four appraisal principles. The correctness of the evaluating result was testified in practice.
