Abstract :
This paper has been specially oriented towards the study of mobility and QOS between WiMAX and UMTS networks. We use three kind of comparison algorithm. This has been implemented in a simulator of our design in order to evaluate in a situation of mobility in a heterogeneous network. Following the simulations, the results show that in terms of performance in the context of the conversation WiMAX networks is supperior than UMTS.
