Abstract

With the exponentially growing telecommunication sector along with transition to next generation wireless technologies, it becomes important for the service providers and handset vendors to find differentiating features to attract their remunerative customers. This paper proposes one such differentiating application - IMS interactive mobile cast, which supports interactive distributed asymmetric conferences by combining the two distinct sessions, broadcast mediums(one-to- many e.g. TV´s, Radios, IPTV, PTV 1-to-M session etc.) and IMS services( one-to-one e.g. 1-1 PoC ).
