Abstract :
New families of nonbinary sequences of period pn-1 with symbols from a finite field Fp for any p≥3 are constructed with two-level ideal autocorrelation functions. Difference sets with parameters (pn-1/p-1, pn-1-1/p-1, pn-2-1/p-1) can also be derived from these sequences in a natural way.
