Video surveillance system and Content Sharing between PC and mobile using android

Content Sharing is a Peer to Peer technology in which the Mobile will be one peer of the network and the PC will be the other peer of the network. Using CLOUD we can connect two discrete systems in a network and do a peer to peer networking. This system is used for applications like seeing or browsing a file which is there in a remote computer, storing images and text taken in the mobile to the home computer and controlling a remote computer using a mobile phone. Also we can control extended devices which are plugging in the remote computer. This paper also presents architecture to improve surveillance applications based on the usage of the service oriented paradigm, with android Smartphone´s as user terminals, allowing application dynamic composition and increasing the flexibility of the system. Video Surveillance systems have increase their needs of dynamism in order to allow the different users (operators and administrators) to monitor the system selecting different QoS depending on the system status and to access live video from different localizations.
