Abstract :
This paper presents a diagnostic Support system for a large-scale circulatory model, which is a dynamic model called Human, consisting of 25 functional modules with equations of about 1000 lines, over 200 variables, and over 100 static parameters. The Human model simulates circulatory behavior on standard physiology textbook. In this paper, we describe a diagnostic support method of understanding model structure about equations, variables, and parameters. The proposed method 1) generates cause and effect relationships between variables, 2) visualizes hierarchical directed graph of variables, and 3) enables to track paths in the hierarchy of the circulatory model
