Abstract :
A new harmonic and inter-harmonic parameter estimation method is proposed in this paper based on several useful algorithms including modern cross-spectrum, total least square, the rotational invariance and improved prony algorithm. In additional, the basic characteristics of noise signals of being independent principle at different time and the zero average value in sampling period are involved in this method. The proposed method has been simulated conditioned upon low signal noise ratio, and the results have shown that this new method can accurately and effectively identify the frequency, amplitude and initial phase of all harmonic and inter-harmonic signals.
