Abstract :
In term of operating condition in distribution system, a system based on GPRS networks is put forward by taking a practical monitoring system of low voltage distribution transformer as an example. The structure and operational principle of electricity stealing prevention of this system is introduced in details. The hardware of power stealing prevention is based on ADE7758 module, while the software of TTU is written in C. For the software, the main station is made of Visual C++6.0, which can realize power stealing prevention by using the comparison method of power and electricity. It is pointed out that, by using the real-time characteristics of monitoring system of distribution transformer, to develop the function of electricity larceny prevention is much better in fast larceny scout and real time alarm than in kilowatt-hour meter. This system integrates many functions, such as transformer supervision, electricity stealing prevention, measuring, communication, etc. It has already been installed in Linyi Electric Power Company with the advantages of manageable and less investment. Distribution monitoring is a very important research direction in the study of electricity system, and anti-theft is an important part of distribution network transformation, which is a practical project of worthing attention. In this paper, the monitoring system of an application in the utility transformer low voltage side integrates many functions, which not only completed the electricity stealing prevention, while monitoring the operational status of the distribution transformer, but also has the active power, reactive power of the record and sub-period billing and other functions. By using the GPRS communication networks, data was summit to previous master, the monitoring system can realize three remote controls, in which electricity stealing prevention has good application in practice.
