Abstract :
The authors report on numerical simulations carried out in order to find the parameters for efficient conversion. We also report on the status of the realization of the corresponding experiment with a newly fabricated LiTaO3 ring resonator. Additionally we report our latest results on the coupling efficiency and Q-factors in the THz and the optical regime by coupling via a tapered fused silica waveguide and a diamond prism respectively.
