Abstract :
10kV overhead lines of suburb network are difficult to be managed for a long time, a new fault locating method for judging single phase-to-ground is proposed for Jinshan distribution network, and an intelligent management scheme of 10kV overhead lines is given, some intelligent devices are installed on some key points of overhead lines, such as digital fault indicator, comprehensive monitoring unit. It achieves the fault locating of overhead lines, and real-time monitoring of the load current and fault information, thus the information blind condition of overhead lines is changed, the efficiency of fault process is improved, and the intelligent management of overhead lines is realized.
