Abstract :
The existing power quality information systems have the problems of overlapping development, supporting only a single type of users and the information could not be shared and the function could not interact between each other. According to these problems, a power quality unified information platform based on cloud computing SaaS service model is proposed. The platform adopts the six-layers architecture based on SOA; the existing system resources and the newly developed module are packaged as components to constitute services of basic functions; the services are orchestrated or choreographed to complete power quality information management business. The Sichuan power quality unified information platform based on this solution fully integrates the available resources and promote information sharing; supports for both power provider and consumers and friendly interaction between each other.
