Abstract
World Wide Web has become the integral part of human lives and networked the whole world for sharing the views and information. The variety of web applications is available on internet and they are countless in number. Due to versatility and diversity, the assurance of testing and quality of web applications are not a child´s play. But the tremendous growth of online business through internet, demands the identification of the most suitable testing processes and methodologies to achieve the business goals. The continuous progression and advancement in web technologies make them more powerful but the important aspects of assuring quality of such applications are still neglected. Amongst other quality factors like reliability, availability and security, usability is one of the most crucial factors for acceptance of any web application. Keeping in view the significance of usability, a research survey is conducted to focus continuous transformation and evaluation of Usability concepts.
