Abstract :
The goal of this work is to study the performances of proportional-integral and fuzzy controllers for induction motor drives under vector control. This study is made using computer simulation. A systematic mathematical formulation is presented for designing motor controllers. A comparison between proportional integral speed controller and fuzzy speed controller performance is made if rotor time constant varies.
