Abstract :
In this paper we will show the experimental unified communication system that consists of 130 MHz, 330 MHz, 900 MHz radio modem, tri-mode cellular modem and satellite data modem. We will explain the communication system and their advantage and disadvantage including technical specifications and their limitation. Briefly we will explain our whale localize system with our buoy structure
