  • Abstract
With the continuous deepening of the power quality services, we have a deeper level of demand on the grid stability and security. How to make the best instruction and decision-making in the shortest time to troubleshoot and restore the normal operation of the grid when the power grid has an accident, the skill of the dispatchers is a test. A simple analysis of the existing DTS scheduling training system deficiencies, and acting through the real accident of the distribution network of the Bayesian game theory analysis of the system and the use of instance on this system, and it show the superior for the induction of the dispatcher accident optimal treatment decisions; and show the advantages of the new self-training of dispatchers through the combination and contrast with the DTS scheduling training system.
