Abstract :
A metagraph is a graphical construction that has been shown to be very useful to graphical visualization and quantitative analysis. In this paper, a Metagraph-based supply chain modeling method for discrete manufacturing industry was proposed. Then a set of metrics of the supply chain overall risk was given, and the algorithms for calculating the risk based on Metagraph model was proposed. Finally, a case study was given to validate our method. The calculating results show that it is a very effective quantitative appraisal method before the supply chain has actually been constructed.
