Abstract :
The electromagnetic sensor for measure of dielectric constant of flat objects and objects with one-way access is developed. The description of the original design of microstrip resonator is given. The calculation procedure and the description of the experiment are presented. An adequate measurement of the dielectric constant objects of different nature is received.
