Abstract :
The main research object of the paper is investigation and proposal of a quality evaluation method suitable for the multiple criteria evaluation (decision making) and optimisation of Learning Object Repositories (LORs). Both LOR `internal quality´ and `quality in use´ evaluation criteria are analysed in the paper and incorporated into the comprehensive quality evaluation model. The LORs quality evaluation criteria are further investigated as the possible LORs optimisation parameters and the expert´s additive utility function is explored to be applied to optimise LORs according to the individualised learners needs.
