Abstract :
Conforming to the development direction of international grid technology, the construction of electricity consumption information collection system is both an important part of building a unified and smart grid and critical basic system of intelligent electricity consumption service. Its technical advancement will directly involve with energy availability factor of smart grid and effect of economy operation. The paper introduces the framework and construction methods of electricity consumption information collection system, analyzes the current situation and obtained effectiveness in China and predicts future developing trend of electricity consumption information collection system.
