Abstract :
The report is devoted to analysis of PM and AM noise of bipolar junction transistor amplifiers with current sources in emitter biasing circuits. An algorithm of PM and AM noise calculation is presented. An estimation of wideband and 1/f PM and AM noise of particular examples of the amplifiers with ideal and real current sources are presented and compared.
