Abstract :
Coherently injection-locked and directly modulated weak-resonant-cavity laser diode for back-to-back optical 16-QAM/52-subcarrier OFDM transmission at 4Gbit/s with carrier frequency of 2.5GHz is demonstrated with 20MSa/s subcarrier symbol rate with -10dBm receiving sensitivity at 1E-5 BER.
