Abstract :
Carried out a 3-dimensional tree simulation with a barrier between a point electrode and a plane electrode, based on a DBM model considering the growth probability. It was found that the results obtained from the 3-dimensional tree simulation considering the growth probability are similar to those of actual tree growth in composite insulating materials with a barrier. It was suggested that the 3-dimensional tree simulation considering the growth probability is valid for simulating the growth in composite insulating systems with barriers
