Abstract :
Artificial neural networks are explored as a statistical indicator of breast cancer. A simplified model of the breast and tumor is implemented and the scattered electromagnetic fields are used to train and test an Artificial Neural Network. The effects of wave polarization and tumor orientation are explored using a broadband dual-linear antenna.
