Abstract
The paper describes the particularity of the mode of the distributed generation access to the power system but not allowed to transmit power to the system. A project is proposed that monitoring the load on user side in real time, and recording the load´s supply and demand, then dividing the generator´s power by the ratio of the generator and the user´s total load for several degrees. Once the load and generator output reach the critical balance, a part of the generators will be cut according to the degree, which can not only avoid the adverse-power protection acting, but also make a full use of the distributed generation to promote its economic efficiency.
