  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for distribution networks´ disaster vulnerability, illustrated by the case of lightning to help the decision-makers operate the differential planning for distribution networks against disasters scientifically. This paper is divided into three parts: first of all, detail analysis is made to establish an evaluation indicators system of distribution networks´ lightning vulnerability; second, expound the method of calculating the Lightning Vulnerability of local distribution network by Group Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the principle on networks´ planning zoning against lightning; finally, in the planning example of a distribution network, results shows that, it is able to assess the networks´ lightning vulnerability by the proposed method, which provides a quantitative reference when operating differential planning against disasters.
