Abstract :
A new on-line insulation monitoring system for HV instrument transformers, power transformers, bushings and MOA is presented first. Then the influence of some factors on the monitored results is analyzed through experiments. The influencing factors include potential transformers, adjacent phase apparatus and ambient factors. Based on the experimental results and analyses, an online insulation diagnosis expert system for HV apparatus is developed
