Abstract :
In May 2009, SGCC (State Grid Corporation of China) has proposed the strategy of speeding up the development of smart electricity grid. As the corner stone of building the smart distribution network, distribution automation system development has been given high priority. SGCC has established two batches of 23 major cities for distribution automation pilot, all of which have been satisfactorily completed at this moment. This paper will combine the two batches of pilot construction and operation results and experiences, sorts out the whole process of construction and operation of distribution automation, elaborate on three key areas: technical route, standardization design and practical applications in distribution automation in the construction and operation. The standardization design which involves equipment modification, distribution master station, distribution communications network, distribution terminals, and information exchange; The practical application mainly introduces the application of distribution automation operation and maintenance, and to analysis a few key indicators of practical operation, such as master station operation rate, terminals operation rate. Finally, this paper provides proposals for the development of distribution automation.
